A number of recruitment options exist. You may advertise locally but there are also other organisations who can advertise for you and help you get the right candidate:

Job Centre Plus can advertise jobs for you and help you get the right person for the job.

The Leicester Employment Hub is a free and impartial recruitment service for employers of any size based in the city and county. The hub works closely with employers to identify apprenticeships, traineeships, internships, work experience, placements and volunteering opportunities.

The Employment Hub's uses their website and network of partners to advertise a wide range of local opportunities along with a course and events page.

Work and Skills Leicestershire works with partners to offer residents of Leicestershire support, advice and information, to empower people to reskill or retrain, volunteer, become self-employed and seek employment.
